We received planning for Priory Barn, Lewes, East Sussex. The proposed dwelling, in the heart of the historic town of Lewes, is a contemporary family home with views of Lewes Castle and the Lewes Priory from the upper floors. The house will have a well insulated thermal envelope and incorporate photovoltaic panels, under floor heating, and passive solar design with thermal mass floors. An MVHR system and high efficiency gas boiler will heat the house. The house is due to start on site in December 2015.
