Cara joined BakerBrown in March 2026 after graduating with an MArch in Sustainable Architecture from the Centre for Alternative Technology. Her thesis explored the resolution of community and ecological-centred design through the transformation of a brownfield site into a centre for fresh water conservation. Her accompanying technical report tested a multitude of building performance standards and natural material detailing.

Before joining BakerBrown, Cara worked on a variety of high-end projects in London from one-off retrofits to large-scale residential units. Since joining us, she has developed many of our new, early-stage projects and resolved detailed construction packages alongside the wider team.
